Grand Cru Travel

             Welcome to the world of Grand Cru

It is over ten years since we first started Grand Cru Travel and during those years we have been to some extraordinary places; tasted some superb wines and enjoyed really fine food from around the world. 

We have visited Austria, Belgium,Fran ce, Hungary, Italy and Spain in Europe; Argentina and Chile in South America; and Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa from the rest of the world. 

For 2010 we have put together a programme of tours and events that reflect these travels.  Our first event is a Wine Dinner at The Old Forge featuring some of the best wines from our wines tours to Europe. 

We have two other Wine Dinners featuring wines from South Africa, Chile & Argentina and we also have two exceptional Lunches - one to a Michelin starred restaurant in the UK; the other to Hostellerie de la Riviere where we are assured of superb food and a warm welcome from our friends, Dominique and Sybille.  Our main tours are to Tuscany in September with visits to Florence and Siena and to Australia in December.

All Grand Cru tours are designed with style and attention to detail.  We aim to create unforgettable wine and dining experiences.  Tour groups are hosted by a well respected wine expert.  

Groups are limited in size so that everyone can get to know their host.  Hotels are carefully selected to represent the best in their category and special evenings and dinners offer the best of both local and international cuisine.
