Our 8-day tour of the Cape Winelands includes accommodation at therenowned 5* Grand Roche hotel.  The tour includes visits to some of the country’s best vineyards including Vergelegen in Somerset West, Hazendal, Kleine Zalze, and Lindhorst. Our wine tastings are often hosted by the wine-maker in person which gives us the chance to see and understand the passion and enthusiasm that goes into making good wine.     

There is a full sightseeing programme in addition to the wine tastings, including a day travelling through the majestic Dutoit Kloof mountains, a day around Cape Peninsular, and time in Cape Town to enjoy TableMountain and the V& A Waterfront shops.  

Bosman’s Restaurant at Grande Roche is the only Relais Gourmand restaurant in Africa and the food certainly lives up to expectations. In addition to dining at Bosman’s we also dine at some other fine restaurants including Tokara, enjoy a Cape Malay buffet and a traditional South African “braai”.

Our South Africa Wine Tour will be arranged at the same time as the England cricket tour so it will be possible to combine cricket & wine if you wish.
