This is a 12-day tour with 5* hotel accommodation in Mendoza, capital of the main wine region of Argentina, and in Santiago city, Chile.  We spend the final 3 nights in a unique hacienda style country house hotel on one of the wine estates in Isla de Maipo.   The accommodation here is special, the hospitality superb and the extensive grounds and delightful pool make this an ideal place to relax at the end of our tour.

In addition to tasting superb wines both in Chile and Argentina there is a truly spectacular drive over the high Andes with some of the magnificent mountain scenery anywhere in the world.

Excellent restaurants, city sightseeing, and lunch in Santiago’s traditional fish market all make this a lively and thoroughly enjoyable tour.  We also enjoy traditional tango in Argentina and Andean music and dancing in Chile.
